Cancellations and refunds
In booking a course or dining experience at ICE Cook School, you are booking for one individual day, for the time and date specified and, once booked, you are not able to change the date and time of this booking unless we receive 7 days notice prior to the date of your course or dining experience.
All cancelled courses and dining experiences are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the Infusions Group Directors.

The Lunch Bar is an interactive dining experience. We ask all guests to arrive at 12.15pm (or 6.45pm for Evening Lunch Bar) to be seated promptly at 12.30pm (or 7pm for Evening Lunch Bar). To ensure everybody receives the same unique experience any guests arriving after 12.45pm (or 6.45pm for Evening Lunch Bar) will unfortunately be too late to join and will forfeit their booking fee.
If you find you are unable to attend a course or dining experience, you are welcome to send someone in your place, even at very short notice. However, you must notify us in advance if you wish to do this.
If you cancel your booking within 7 days of the start of your class or dining experience and we are unable to resell your place you will forfeit any course fees associated with your booking.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
ICE Cook School reserves the right to cancel courses or dining experiences which are less than 50% booked.  However, we undertake to give at least 48 hours notice of any cancellation.
In the event of a course or dining experience being cancelled by ICE Cook School, you will be offered a space on another course or dining experience to be taken within six months of the original booking.  If this is not acceptable, you will be offered a full refund. Where booking has been made using a gift card, the ICE Cook School will issue a replacement gift card with 12 months expiry.
No refund will be made if you fail to attend a course or dining experience with less than 7 days notice.
Refunds that are due will be made within 7 business days from approval.
All refunds are made to the source of the initial payment, i.e. fees paid by a credit card can only be refunded to the same card.

Gift Cards
Refunds are not available on gift card purchases, nor can gift cards be exchanged for cash or other goods.  Gift cards are transferable, so if you are unable to make your course, you may contact us to nominate a replacement.

Gift Card Terms and Conditions
Gift cards can be used in full or part payment in the ICE Restaurant or for cookery classes or dining experiences in the ICE Cook School. The balance of a voucher can be checked by calling 01359 272577 or emailing info@icecookschool.co.uk.  All gift cards are issued with a two year expiry date and must be used during that time.  After 2 years the card will expire, and any balance will be deducted. No liability is accepted for lost, stolen or damaged cards. Full terms and conditions can be found at www.icecookschool.co.uk/gift-cards Voucher Terms and Conditions
