 and hands-on mixology\, designed to take you beyond simply following a cock
 tail recipe.\nYour experience begins with a welcome drink before heading to
  the ICE Cook School where you’ll discover the techniques\, ingredients a
 nd flavour combinations that go into making great cocktails.\nThroughout th
 e class\, our bartenders will guide you through professional mixing techniq
 ues as you make and enjoy a minimum of three different drinks. You'll learn
  how to create a perfectly balanced stirred cocktail\, master the technique
  behind a shaken cocktail\, and finish with a layered shot.\nBut this exper
 ience goes further than the cocktails themselves.\nYou'll create your own f
 lavoured simple syrup\, exploring how different ingredients can be used to 
 bring sweetness and flavour to a drink. You'll also prepare your own alcoho
 l infusion\, learning how infusions can transform spirits and open up compl
 etely new cocktail possibilities.\nBest of all\, your handmade syrup and al
 cohol infusion are yours to take home\, so you can continue experimenting w
 ith your new skills after the class.\nThere'll be plenty to enjoy along the
  way too\, with buffet-style nibbles served throughout the evening\, giving
  you time to relax\, chat and enjoy each cocktail as you make it.\nWhether
