Experience a fish-based culinary journey in our state-of-the-art cookery school nestled in the heart of ICE. On this half-day course, you will develop your knowledge of fish as we start by covering quality points to look for when buying fish and preparation techniques before cooking some delicious dishes using different cooking methods. It will be hands-on preparing and cooking different species including flat, round and shellfish.

During your class at ICE, we provide all the necessary ingredients, equipment, refreshments, free parking, and, of course, plenty of enjoyable moments.

Be sure to bring extra containers, as any uneaten delights are yours to take home and share with family and friends.

This half-day cooking class embodies the essence of an "Infusions Culinary Experience," though we prefer to keep it simple and just call it ICE.

Please be aware that we cook using induction hobs. If you have a pacemaker fitted, please make us aware so that we can make the necessary adjustments.
