How long does a class last?
Full day classes run from 10am to 4pm, including a break for lunch.
Half day classes run from 11am to 2pm.
Kids classes run from 10am to 1pm.
What do I need to bring?
What do I need to wear?
Your class takes place in a professional kitchen environment, so you need to dress accordingly in comfortable clothes. Footwear is especially important and should be flat, closed-toe and non-slip and socks must be worn.
What is included in a full day class?
All tuition, recipes, ingredients and lunch are included, plus full use of the facilities and equipment. A complementary barista tea or coffee is offered in the restaurant on arrival, and thereafter, water and a tea and coffee station are available all day for you to help yourself.
When do I pay for my booking?
We ask that you pay in full when you book to guarantee your place.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
What if I need to change my booking?
Bookings can be cancelled and refunded in full or transferred onto another date with more than 7 days notice.
If you need to cancel with less than 7 days notice, bookings are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances at the Directors discretion.
