How long does a class last?

Full day classes run from 10am to 4pm, including a break for lunch.

Half day classes run from 11am to 2pm.

Kids classes run from 10am to 1pm.

What do I need to bring?

Just yourself and some airtight containers to take home what you have made!

What is included in a full day class?

All tuition, recipes, lunch and all refreshments plus full use of the facilities and equipment.

When do I pay for my booking?

We ask that you pay in full when you book to guarantee your place.

Can you cater for dietary requirements?

Absolutely we can! When you book just let us know on your booking form about any allergies or special dietary requirements and we will try our hardest to accommodate you or be in touch if there are any issues.

What if I need to change my booking?

Bookings can be cancelled and refunded in full or transferred onto another date with more than 7 days notice.

If you need to cancel with less than 7 days notice, bookings are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances at the Directors discretion.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

We do! Our digital gift vouchers can be used for Cook School events, classes and in our restaurant www.ice.restaurant.
