Spend a day indulging in the rich flavours and traditions of Italian cuisine at our state-of-the-art cookery school in Bury St Edmunds. This full-day, hands-on class is your chance to discover the secrets behind Italy’s most loved dishes, from crafting delicate Tortellini to baking beautifully crisp Biscotti. Guided by our expert chefs, you’ll explore the history, techniques, and regional stories that make Italian food so special.

Throughout the day, we’ll provide everything you need: ingredients, equipment, lunch and plenty of laughs along the way. And don’t forget to bring some extra containers, as any leftovers are yours to take home and share.

Whether you’re a pasta enthusiast or just love authentic, home-cooked food, this is the perfect opportunity to sharpen your skills and enjoy a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.

This full-day cooking class embodies the essence of an “Infusions Culinary Experience,” though we prefer to keep it simple and just call it ICE.

Please be aware that we cook using induction hobs. If you have a pacemaker fitted, please make us aware so that we can make the necessary adjustments.
