Kids Chinese Cooking Class

ICE Kids Chinese Cooking Class at ICE Cook School in Bur St Edmunds

In this fun and interactive three-hour cookery class, young chefs will explore the wonderful world of Chinese cooking with our experienced ICE chefs. They’ll learn how to prepare delicious bamboo-steamed dumplings from scratch, discovering simple techniques used in one of the world’s most loved cuisines.

From mixing fillings to folding dumplings and cooking with fresh ingredients, children will gain hands-on experience while learning new kitchen skills they can recreate at home. Along the way, they’ll also discover a little more about the flavours and traditions that make Chinese food so special.

Expect a relaxed, creative atmosphere filled with fun, learning, and plenty of delicious results. Extra credit for anyone who can master eating their dumplings with chopsticks.
